For Hard Metals:

Grinding applications include: cemented carbides, ceramics, PDC, PCB (CBN) and other hard material. The essential component for this grinding employs diamond as the abrasive agent, in the standard range of internationally used shapes and geometries.

For Glass:

Glass comes in many shapes sizes and compositions: always fragile, and generally transparent. It is worked into many shapes from hollow containers of infinite variety, to flat sheets. Grinding and finishing glass products requires the use of diamond as an abrasive grinding material. All our diamond wheels are manufactured in a wide range of internationally used shapes and geometries.

For Other Metals & Materials:

New applications in grinding materials like vanadium, molybdenum, iron-based metals, and exotic materials, rely on CBN (cubic boron nitride) grinding wheels as the abrasive material. All our diamond wheels are manufactured in a wide range of internationally used shapes and geometries.

The Bonding Material:

Resin Bond for uncomplicated grinding operation with good material removal rates, while maintaining a low thermal influence on the work piece. A wide range of Resin Bonds are available for different applications.

Metal Bond wheels are extremely wear resistant, hold their profile shape well and are used for many types of profile grinding operations.

Vitrified Bond has the advantage of excellent cutting ability, shape retention and excellent wear properties. Vitrified bond has a fine bonding structure making its use with micron diamond very suitable.
